Roots Cafe and Catering Services supports small, local and organic farmers, ranchers and producers. We strive to utilize fresh, local, organic and seasonal ingredients that our community and nearby producers offer. Our menus are reflective of product seasonality and availability, and what is in stock in our Food Hub. Roots prioritizes requests that have existing relationships with Kōkua Kalihi Valley, that are community focused and are aligned with program values.

We are a gathering place for the community to come together, meet up with friends, talk story, and enjoy fresh, healthy food. Our menu changes daily, using fruits, vegetables and proteins sourced from local businesses and especially from our Food Hub farm partners; but always stays affordable with all menu items. Our food is hand-made with aloha.
